I believe that it is not entirely known as to why apple cider vinegar has
such great health benefits but just try it. You will agree with me that this
stuff is great especially when used regularly.
Apple cider vinegar is an antioxidant and its enzymes keep fungi in check.
It is very active against all kinds of microbial agents. All natural
and unfiltered apple cider vinegar contains itself a lot of bacteria (but
beneficial ones). The acid, those bacteria and the enzymes fight off
Apple cider vinegar is produces by the acetic acid bacteria when it converts
the alcohol in apple cider into acetic acid.
Apple cider vinegar detoxifies the body over time and strangely enough it balances
the acidity in your body and especially in your stomach. You would think that adding an acid such
as vinegar to an already overly acidic stomach would make things worse.
It's not the case. It seems to somehow involve the control system that regulates
the level of acidity and bring your body's own stomach acid back to normal.
It can be used externally on irritated skin and to disinfect small wounds (but not on deep wounds).
Balsamic vinegar and wine vinegar have become very popular over the last
decade and those should really be avoided because they contain naturally
very high levels of toxic lead. Replace them with apple cider vinegar!
